1 package of penne or colorful fusilli pasta cooked
2 diced tomatoes without skin and seeds
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of parsley
2 mashed garlic cloves
1 cup of water
1 pinch of oregano
1/2 cube of beef broth
3 cups of shredded chicken cooked
50g of ricotta cheese
1 package of penne or colorful fusilli pasta cooked

50g of ricotta cheese
Blend the tomato, onion, parsley, garlic, and water in a blender
Transfer to a saucepan and season with oregano and beef broth
Cook until thickened
Add the chicken, ricotta, and simmer until a rich cream forms
Serve with macaroni.
