1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup breadcrumbs from white bread

Melt the butter, add the green onion and spinach, and cook for 5 minutes
Add the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and half a cup of breadcrumbs
Mix until creamy
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Let it cool down
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a rectangle of 45x35 cm
In the middle, place the filling and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs
