Raspberry Sorbet

    Rinse and wash 300 g of raspberries. Take 4 raspberries and mash them well with a fork. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of low-fat milk, whisking well. Add the remaining raspberries, which should be cut into small pieces, and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of grated orange zest. Place in the freezer tray and let it freeze for 1 hour. Serve in 4 portions."
