"For the pudding"
1/2 cup butter, softened
7 slices of turkey breast, cut into cubes (4 cups)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of milk
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
"For the sauce"
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons bourbon (whiskey)
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg, beaten lightly
"For the pudding"
1/2 cup butter, softened

Preheat a microwave-safe bowl in high for 2 minutes
Let it cool
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish on high for 2 minutes. Reserve
Distribute the turkey cubes evenly in a 26 cm microwave-safe dish
Add the sweetened condensed milk, salt, and melted butter
Mix delicately. Reserve
Heat the milk in a microwave-safe bowl on high for 4 minutes or until it's hot
Whisk in the eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Reserve
Lay this mixture over the turkey and mix well
Bake in the microwave on high for 6 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
Let it cool
Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the bourbon in a microwave-safe bowl
Heat the butter and whiskey mixture in the microwave on high for 2 minutes or until it simmers
Mix well to combine. Reserve
Serve the pudding of turkey with the sauce.
