4 cups of flour

Soak the nuts in water and bring to a boil
Remove from heat and let cool
Wrap them in a cloth and friction until the skin is loose
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat
Toss the mixture until it's lightly browned, then set aside
Preheat oven to moderate temperature

Mix all ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mass
Divide into two parts and roll out into cylinders 30 cm long
Arrange them in a large baking dish, leaving space between each one, and bake for about 1.5 cm high

Bake at 200°F (90°C) for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and cut slices of 1 cm width, without removing them from the place, just moving some away from others
Reduce oven temperature to minimum and bake for an additional 20 minutes
Let cool.
