Grease the baking sheet with oil and dust with flour

In a bowl, dissolve baking soda in cooled coffee

In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour with yeast

In a stand mixer, beat eggs with pecans until smooth and creamy

Add honey and oil, beating until homogeneous

With the mixer on low speed, gradually add coffee mixture, alternating with flour
