2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 box of chocolate pudding
3 large eggs
180g bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces (1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts or pecans

1 box of chocolate pudding

180g bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces (1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts or pecans
Mix all the ingredients together except for the chocolate pieces and hazelnuts
Beat in a medium-speed mixer for about 3 minutes
Pour the mixture into a 32x22cm baking dish, greased with butter
Sprinkle with chocolate and hazelnuts
Bake in a moderate oven for 30-35 minutes
Serve warm or chilled.
