Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Sprinkle a surface with plenty of wheat flour and shape the dough to 0.5 cm thick
Cut into 2 cm diameter slices and place on a greased baking sheet
Place in a preheated oven (200°C) for 8 minutes
After baking, remove the slices and fill with Dulce de damasco jam
Decorate with glaze
Using a small spoon, decorate the fudge and top with silver sprinkles
