Chop the onion and fry it together with the meat in olive oil
Add the corn and tomato puree, chopped
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Place in a refrigerator-safe form
Beat the egg whites until firm snow
Spoon over the meat and sprinkle with cheese
Bake in a preheated hot oven (200°C) for 20-25 minutes
