1 package of store-bought crescent roll dough (400g)

Drain the palmito and chop it
Combine the salt and nuts
Heat the oil and fry the garlic
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the dough
Mix well
Unroll the dough and cut 8 rectangles of 22 x 11 cm or so
Divide the filling among the rectangles and fold in half
Close the edges tightly
Place in a moist baking dish with water
Bake in a hot oven (250°C) preheated
After putting the dough in the oven, reduce the temperature to 200°C
Bake for about 45 minutes or until the dough turns lightly golden
Make 8 puffs.
