1 kg of chicken pieces

2 carrots cut into cubes

Place the bacon in a microwave-safe dish and cover with paper towel
Cook on high for 4 minutes
Stir twice during that time
Remove from oven and use a spoon to remove excess fat from the dish
Add carrot and mushroom
Return to microwave, covered with plastic wrap, and cook on high for another 3 minutes
Stir once halfway through cooking
Place chicken pieces seasoned with salt next to each other over the bacon and vegetables
Add onion, tomato extract, wine, and thyme
Cover and cook on high from 15 to 20 minutes, switching chicken pieces halfway through cooking
Transfer chicken to a warmed serving dish
Cover and reserve
Add pepper and butter to sauce and whisk vigorously
Pour sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
