Dissolve the yeast in warm water and combine with salt, olive oil, and 1 cup of flour
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Mix the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, ham, black olives, and thyme
Add the beaten eggs and flour gradually, working the dough until it comes away from your hands
Form a ball and cut a cross on the surface with a knife
Let it rise to double its volume
Baste the surface of the bread with the egg yolk diluted in milk and bake in a medium oven.
