Mix the Catupiry cream cheese with the butter until well combined, then add the flour to form a dough that won't stick to your hands
Fashion a ball, cover it, and store in the refrigerator overnight
For the filling
Mix the ingredients together
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, let it rest for 15 minutes, and roll it out on a floured surface with a rolling pin
Cut the puff pastry into shapes with a cookie cutter
Filling
Douple the dough, press the edges to seal, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with grated cheese
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake.
