Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
In a bowl, mix together the cheese, English mustard, brown mustard, cayenne pepper, and milk to obtain a paste
Spread over the bread and place in a baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (medium) for about 15 minutes or until the cheese melts
Place two slices of ham on each bread slice and top with parsley
