In a bowl, combine the butter and cheese
Add the mustard and flour and mix until a smooth and compact dough forms
Wrap it in aluminum foil and refrigerate for one hour
Dust a flat surface with flour
Divide the dough into 24 pieces and shape each one into a roll that is 1 cm thick and 7 cm long
Roll them over the diced pepper
Bake in a hot oven (400°F) for 12 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool and serve.
