1/4 cup of pie crust dough
200g ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, seeded and diced
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cooked egg, diced
15 black olives, pitted
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Saute the onion, garlic, and tomato in olive oil
Add the ground beef and cook until all liquid is absorbed
Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat
Add the parsley, egg, and olives
Let it cool and fill the pie crust dough
Shape into crescent shapes with a pastry brush and gently press edges together
Fry in hot oil.
