Mix the yeast and sugar
In a blender, blend the rice, milk, eggs, and oil
Transfer to a bowl, and mix in the yeast and salt
Gradually add the flour
Work the dough until it's smooth
Cover with a cloth and let it rest until it's doubled in size
Knead the dough, mix in the dried tomato and manioc leaves
Mold the cake and place it in a rectangular greased pan
Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes
Brush with egg and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
