Combine yeast, milk, sugar, 1/2 cup of flour, and softened butter in a blender
Blend until smooth and well combined
Transfer the mixture to a bowl
Add the remaining flour and salt
Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms
Shape into balls about 3cm in diameter and place on an ungreased baking sheet
Cover with cloth and let rise for 1 hour
Cut each ball into a cross shape using scissors
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Bake the little breads for 35 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown
Yield: 20 little breads.
