1 package of frozen puff pastry, thawed
butter or margarine
all-purpose flour
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (optional, use leftovers)
1 can green beans drained
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or fresh thyme
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 egg

Roll out the puff pastry very thinly
Cut into 16 identical rectangles
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Sauté the onion until softened
Combine the chicken, green beans and seasonings
Place on the rectangles
Fold over
Brush with egg
Bake in a preheated oven (220°F) for about 20 minutes
Serve with yogurt seasoned with salt, black pepper, parsley and scallions, mixed together
Yield: 16 rolls.
