2 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1 and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
200g unsalted butter at room temperature
100g almond meal in a blender
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of almond extract
4 cups all-purpose flour

1 large bowl and 2 smaller ones
1 baking sheet
Beforehand
Preheat the oven to 150°C and let it warm up.

In the large bowl, combine the eggs, egg yolk, flour, butter, almond meal, and almond extract
Mix well
Divide the dough into two parts and separate them
Add cocoa powder to one of them and mix well
Add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to each half, mixing until the dough is firm but not too hard
Take a small portion from each half and form a ball by joining the two together
Flatten it slightly with your palm and place on the baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes
