Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Line a 21 x 31 cm baking dish with parchment paper and grease with butter
In a blender, beat the eggs lightly
Add the remaining ingredients gradually and blend until smooth
Place in the prepared baking dish and bake at 350°F (medium) until golden brown (approximately 25 minutes)
Remove from oven and let cool
Unmold and cut into squares
Serve at room temperature
