In a large bowl, combine the yeast with a little of the sugar
Add the milk, eggs, salt, melted butter, remaining sugar, and flour
Mix well
Work the dough well, cover, and let it rest until it grows (30 minutes)
Cut the dough into 25 equal pieces, shape into balls, press down, and use a small cookie cutter to make a hole in each ball
Let it rest for another 15 minutes
In a hot skillet, heat plenty of oil and fry the donuts until golden brown
Place them on paper towels to remove excess oil
Melt the chocolate over simmering water, add milk, and mix until smooth
Cover the donuts with melted chocolate and sprinkle with dark, white, or colored sprinkles.
