Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Line a 21 x 31 cm baking dish with parchment paper and grease with butter. Reserve
In a mixer, beat eggs lightly
Add remaining ingredients gradually and mix until smooth and even
Place in reserved baking dish and put in preheated oven until golden brown (about 25 minutes)
Remove from oven and let cool
Turn out of pan and cut into squares
Serve at room temperature
