Preheat the oven to 180°C
Blend in a blender the yeast, baking powder, cream, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, and water
Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Divide the dough into 20 parts and cover with a cloth
Let it rest until it doubles in volume
Open each part into a rectangle, fill with cheese and goiaba fruit, and shape into Romeo and Juliet cake form
Arrange them on a greased baking sheet and brush with egg white
Let it rest again until it doubles in volume
Bake until golden brown
