1 bundle of sweet fennel

Place the sweet fennel and fennel seeds in a medium-sized refrigerator jar
Pour in the hot water
Wait 3 minutes, remove the bundle, and discard
Let it cool down and add the tomato juice
Season with salt and pepper
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with fresh dill
Serve immediately.
