500 g of medium-sized shrimp, cleaned
Salt to taste
500 g of manioc
1 cup of coconut milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
Paprika, crushed to taste
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 and 1/2 cups of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
500 g of medium-sized shrimp, cleaned

Season the shrimp with salt
Cook the manioc until it's tender, then let it cool
Blend the cooked manioc with the cooking water and coconut milk in a blender
Set aside
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the chopped onions and sauté until they're translucent
Then add the paprika, ground cumin, tomato sauce, and shrimp
Let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
