Mix all the ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous dough
Roll out with a rolling pin over a smooth surface
Cut into cookie shapes and place on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden
Let cool and store in a sealed container
