In a bowl, mix the butter and gin
Add the flour gradually until you reach the right consistency for forming balls
Form small balls and let them bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes (do not let them brown)
Prepare a bath with 2 cups of water and rosemary
Let it cool and dust the biscuits with powdered sugar
Make about 40 balls.
