Cream together in a saucepan the butter, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk over low heat until it reaches a smooth batter consistency
Remove from heat and immediately add the remaining ingredients
Mix well and shape into balls
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Let cool.
