Pour the milk over the breadcrumbs in a bowl
Add the ground meat, salt, pepper, carrot, onion, and eggs
Mix everything well
Press the mixture into a rectangular mold approximately 22 x 12 x 7 cm
Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard
Spoon it over the top of the meatball
Bake in a moderate oven for 1 1/2 hours
Serve with 8 portions.
