6 oz of dark chocolate
4 oz of ricotta or cup cream cheese
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups shortbread biscuits processed in a blender
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts or chestnuts

1/2 cup finely chopped nuts or chestnuts
Place the chocolate and ricotta or cream cheese in a double boiler, stirring until melted
Remove from heat
Add confectioner's sugar, honey, and vanilla extract
Add the crushed shortbread biscuits and chopped nuts, mixing well
Form morsels using 1 tablespoon of butter each
If desired, roll in chopped nuts or press a chestnut slice on top of each one
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
