1/2 cup (stick) of room temperature butter

Preheat the oven to 350°F

Grease twelve 6cm-diameter muffin tin cups with butter and reserve

In a stand mixer, cream together all ingredients except for the granulated chocolate until smooth

Divide the dough evenly among the muffin cups, then place half a spoonful of granulated chocolate on top of each

Cover with the remaining dough

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Remove from the tin and serve at room temperature.
