Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a heatproof bowl resting on a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring delicately

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and eggs with a wooden spoon
Add the melted chocolate mixture and flour gradually, mixing well
Distribute the batter among the molds

Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are set outside
Remove from the oven and unmold
If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream.
