1/2 kg of dark brown sugar

1 cup of rum

Batter the butter with the dark brown sugar, add the egg yolks and continue beating
Add the wheat flour, yeast, black beer, and cinnamon
Finally, add the whipped eggs
Place in a greased pan
For the filling, cream together the coconut oil and dark brown sugar, add the egg yolks, cocoa powder, and beat well
Add the rum
Cut the cake in half
Spread the filling over one half of the cake
Dust with shredded coconut
Top with the other half of the cake
Cover with remaining filling and dust with shredded coconut.
