100g of chopped chestnuts

Dissolve the instant coffee in the boiling water
Set aside
Mix together the milk, cornstarch, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and half of the reserved coffee
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat, add the chopped chestnuts and mix well
In a refrigerator or individual cups, build layers alternating the cream and moist cookies with the remaining coffee
Serve chilled.
