1 cup of pureed pineapple
2 cups of breadcrumbs from morning bread
2 cups of hot milk

Sauce
1/4 cup of softened butter
1 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Mix in the pineapple, bread crumbs, and remaining ingredients
Pour into a 1 1/2 liter buttered baking dish
Bake at moderate temperature for about 45 minutes
Serve with the sauce made by whipping the softened butter with confectioner's sugar, grated lime zest, and lemon juice; mix well
Refrigerate until firm; serve cold on top of warm dessert
Cut into 4 portions.
