2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Vegetable oil for frying

In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine, and sweet potatoes
Beat well
Add the milk and dry ingredients, panned together
Mix until smooth
Knead well with your hands until you get a smooth and even dough
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Roll out the dough on a flat surface dusted with flour to a thickness of about 1 cm
Cut into 3 cm diameter circles, approximately
Heat enough vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the fritters and fry until golden brown
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar
Make about 60 fritters.
