1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
2/3 cup yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg, beaten
100g semi-sweet chocolate, cut into pieces or 10 tablespoons raspberry or damson gelatin
For dusting

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and make a depression in the center
In another bowl, combine the yogurt, butter, and egg and mix well
Add to the flour mixture and just moisten
Place 1 tablespoon of the dough in 10 muffin tin cups, greased with butter
Place a piece of chocolate in the center of the dough or 1 tablespoon of gelatin
Cover with the remaining dough
Dust with cinnamon and sugar over the muffins and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove from the oven and unmold
Serve warm or at room temperature
