1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup ground chestnuts
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
Filling
1 cup ground chestnuts
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
200g dark chocolate chips
4 egg yolks

200g dark chocolate chips

Dough
Preheat the oven to high heat and grease the cake pans with butter
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into the prepared pans and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool when warm
Filling
Bring the chestnuts and water to a boil until it reaches a thick consistency
Beat the egg yolks and chocolate in a blender until well combined, then slowly add the hot filling while continuously blending
Add the butter and blend until smooth, then set aside
Assembly
Place one of the cakes on a plate and spread half the cream over it
Top with the second cake and cover with the remaining cream
Garnish with cherries.
