Beat the butter or margarine with the ashcar to obtain a fluffy mixture
Add the honey, flour, raisins, and chopped pecans, then add the hot and well-cooked egg yolks
Mix carefully
Place the mixture in a medium oven in a tall, well-greased and floured mold
Let it cook for about 45 minutes, and insert the tip of a knife that should come out completely dry, indicating that the cake is cooked
Remove from the mold while still warm and cover with a glaze made with three tablespoons of powdered sugar, a little water, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and finally add more chopped pecans.
