Mix the butter with sugar, add eggs, vinegar, and vanilla, mixing well
Add the black plum jam
Mix the flour with baking soda and salt, then combine with the previous mixture
Shape into 2 rolls, each 5 cm in diameter
Wrap in aluminum foil
Refrigerate for one day before serving
Cut into thin slices
Place on a greased baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes
Yield: 6 batches of biscuits, give or take.
