1 cup of toasted coconut flakes
3/4 cup of coffee liqueur

Fold the crepes into triangles (twice) and arrange them in a circle on a plate
Place scoops of whipped cream at the center
Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes
Heat the coffee liqueur to room temperature
Light it on fire, allowing the flames to flicker over the whipped cream and crepes
Allow the flame to extinguish and serve
Serve in 4 portions.
