Mix the hazelnut flour with the butter
Add the sugar, all-purpose flour, and finally the eggs
Refrigerate for two hours
Divide the dough into four portions
On a surface dusted with all-purpose flour, roll out one portion of the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm
Cut into slices using the biscuit cutter and place on a baking sheet
Repeat the operation with the remaining dough
Bake the oven at medium temperature
Assemble the cookies for 20 minutes or until they start to brown
