Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C
Noiselessly combine eggs, milk, condensed milk, all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, and baking powder in a blender
Step 2: Butter a 22 cm diameter cake pan with vegetable oil
Place half of the dough in the prepared pan and top it with semi-sweet chocolate chips
Step 3: Cover with the remaining dough and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
