1 package raspberry gelatin
1 mango, cut into strips
10 red grapes, halved
10 Italian grapes, halved

Dough
In a bowl, combine the ingredients, adding water gradually until a homogeneous mass is formed
Roll out the dough and fit it into the baking sheet, poking it with a fork and baking at 180°C until lightly browned
Remove from oven and reserve
Cream
Heat the ingredients, except for vanilla extract, and mix until thickened
Add vanilla extract and mix well
Spread the cream over the dough and reserve
Topping
Heat water to a boil and dissolve gelatin
Let gelatin cool and refrigerate until it has a similar texture to an egg white
Arrange fruits decoratively on top of cream and cover with gelatin
Refrigerate until firm.
