1/2 tablespoon of softened butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of honey
4 pre-made croissants, with a 2 cm deep cut on top

In a small bowl, mix together the granola, nuts or hazelnuts, butter, and cocoa powder
Brush the outside and cut edges of the croissants with honey
Gently press some of the granola mixture into each croissant's cut edge
Arrange in a baking dish and bake at 150°C for about 10 minutes
Serve in quarters.
