3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of cassava flour
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
4 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
a pinch of salt
a pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
3 egg whites beaten to stiff peaks
3 egg yolks

3 egg whites beaten to stiff peaks
Beat the egg yolks, cheese, cassava, butter, wheat flour, and half of the milk in a blender
Beat well and then add the remaining milk, yeast, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to taste
Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites
Pour everything into a small greased baking dish and bake in a hot oven
When it's ready, there will be a creamy layer in the middle like a filling
You can serve warm.
