Mash the manioc in a blender. Reserve
In a saucepan, mix together
the grated coconut and water and bring to low heat
Cook until it forms a fine thread
Remove from heat and add the manioc, butter, milk, grated coconut, coconut milk, and eggs
Mix well with a wooden spoon
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for one hour
