2 1/3 cups of wheat flour
3/4 cup of sugar
200g of butter or margarine
6 large egg yolks, hard-cooked
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon

Mix together the flour, sugar, and butter at room temperature until a smooth dough forms
Knead well
Pass the egg yolks through a sieve and add them to the dough along with the cinnamon
Mix well
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 0.5cm
Cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or other tool
Place on a greased baking sheet, put in a hot oven (220°C) preheated and bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool completely
To give as a gift, place in airtight containers or bags.
