1/4 cup of cold water
1 1/2 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
1/2 cup of hot milk
180g of bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
1/4 cup of cold water
1 tablespoon of corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups of finely chopped ice
1 can of heavy cream
1/4 cup of cold water
1 1/2 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
1/2 cup of hot milk
180g of bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces

1 tablespoon of corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

1 can of heavy cream
In a blender, combine the cold water, gelatin, and coffee
Blend at low speed for a few seconds
Add the milk and blend until the gelatin is dissolved
Add the chocolate, corn syrup, 1 pinch of salt, and vanilla
Blend until creamy
Add the eggs and ice
Blend again until creamy
While blending, add the heavy cream
Blend for 20 seconds or until it starts to thicken
Pour into 5-6 individual serving cups and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Serve 5-6 portions.
